Cheryl serves Waviks as VP of marketing and business development. She has >25 years of advanced microscopy experience in industry and academia, including 12 years at Texas Instruments (TI). She achieved Senior Member of Technical Staff at TI and is an ASM Fellow. In TI’s packaging development group, she played a pivotal role in launching the industry’s first Cu/low-k devices by innovating new characterization approaches to understand chip-package interactions. As a co-founder of Omniprobe, Cheryl pioneered in situ FIB lift-out solutions, accelerating TEM sample preparation speed by 10x. At ZEISS, Cheryl led product marketing and business development for FIB, SEM, and 3D X-ray microscopy in the materials science and electronics industries. Cheryl sits on the board of advisors for the Dutch start-up company Raynetics, an AI-centric 3D reconstruction software company.  She has 13 patents and >70 publications.
