When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message, and any details you choose to include about your organization, microscope, sample, or experiment. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential research, or export-controlled information through the general inquiry form.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry information to respond to product, demonstration, compatibility, service, and publication requests and to communicate about the request or business relationship you initiated. We also use technical information to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website and address misuse or legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry is not an automatic signup for an unrelated marketing email list. If you ask us to involve another organization in your request, the information needed for that request may be shared with it.

Website Services and Cookies

Our hosting, delivery, security, and email providers may process information needed to deliver their services. The site uses GoDaddy hosting and Cloudflare-supported delivery/security. Inquiry forms run in WordPress using Ninja Forms.

Analytics cookies are disabled until you accept them using our cookie controls. You may reject analytics cookies without losing access to our pages or inquiry form.

Accepting analytics cookies permits cookie-based measurement. Advertising and remarketing consent are not enabled by these controls.

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may process technical and interaction information for that purpose. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking technologies needed by the form may prevent submission. You may instead email info@waviks.com; email is processed by the email services used by you and Waviks.

Retention, Security, and Other Disclosures

Retention depends on the inquiry or customer relationship, the type of record, operational and security needs, and applicable legal requirements. To ask about a specific record or request its deletion, contact us using the address below.

No website, email service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to address lawful requests, misuse, safety, or security matters.

Waviks is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate; privacy protections may differ by location. Publishers, distributors, and other external websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
